Cookies

This site stores almost nothing in your browser — only your consent choice. There are no analytics or third-party tracking cookies here.

What cookies are

A cookie is a small piece of data a website stores in your browser. Browsers also offer similar storage mechanisms such as localStorage. Together these let a site remember things between page loads — for example a consent choice, a shopping cart, or a login session.

Types of cookies

Cookies and browser storage are usually grouped into:

  • Essential — needed for the site to function (for example, storing a consent choice).
  • Analytics — used to measure how visitors use the site.
  • Marketing / third-party — set by other companies to build a profile of you across sites.

This site uses no analytics cookies and no marketing or third-party cookies. No Google Analytics, no Google Ads pixel, no Meta pixel, no third-party tag runs on this site, before or after consent.

What this site actually stores

The only item this site stores in your browser is your consent choice from the banner:

NamePurposeDurationProvider
snfp-consent-v1Stores whether you accepted or rejected the consent banner, so we do not show it againUntil you clear browser data or withdraw consentFirst-party (spectrumnode.digital)

That value lives in localStorage on this domain only. It is not sent to any server. If localStorage is not available (for example in some private-browsing modes), the banner cannot persist your choice and will appear again on the next visit — no other behaviour changes.

How to manage or disable storage

You can clear this storage at any time:

  • In your browser’s site-data settings, remove stored data for spectrumnode.digital.
  • Or open the browser console on this site and run window.snfp.withdrawConsent(), which removes the snfp-consent-v1 entry immediately.

Disabling browser storage does not break the site. The consent banner will simply appear again on the next visit, and the inquiry form will still work normally.

Third-party usage

There is no third-party usage. No advertising network, analytics vendor, social platform, or font CDN receives any data from this site. Fonts are self-hosted and served from this domain.

Impact of disabling

If you remove the consent record, the banner reappears. No functionality is lost. The inquiry form, the consultation pages, and all reading content remain fully usable.

For more on how we handle any personal information that you submit through the form, see the Privacy policy.
