Spectrum Node Financial Planning Co., Ltd. (“we”, “us”) operates this website at spectrumnode.digital and handles personal information in line with the Personal Information Protection Act of Korea (개인정보보호법, “PIPA”). This policy follows the standard Korean privacy-policy structure.

1. Items of personal information collected

When you submit the inquiry form on this site, we collect the following items:

• Name — to address you in our reply.
• Email address — to send our reply.
• Phone number (optional) — only if you choose to provide it, to follow up by call if email is not enough.
• Topic selection — the area you want to look at first (household budget, cash-flow, savings goals, debt paydown, or other).
• Message text — the details you write about your situation.
• Consent record — the fact that you ticked the consent box on the form.
• Submission timestamp — when the inquiry was sent.

When you visit this site, your browser sends standard request data (IP address, browser type, referring page) to the server that hosts the inquiry endpoint. We do not run analytics on this site and we do not use third-party tracking cookies. The only thing we store in your browser is your cookie-consent choice (see the Cookies page).

2. Purposes of collection and use

We use the items above only to:

• Reply to your inquiry and suggest a consultation slot.
• Confirm what to bring and agree the consultation terms before any session is booked.
• Conduct the consultation itself, where your message and any follow-up notes inform the cash-flow map and budget.
• Keep a record of the engagement for the duration of the retention period below.

We do not use your personal information for marketing, profiling, or sale to third parties.

3. Retention and use periods

We keep inquiry data for the period needed to fulfil the purposes above, and no longer than:

• Inquiry data without a booked session: 12 months from the last contact, then deleted.
• Inquiry data where a session is booked: retained for the duration of the engagement plus 24 months, then deleted, unless a longer period is required by law (for example tax-record obligations).
• Consent record: kept for the same period as the related inquiry data.

Where law requires a longer retention period (for example accounting records under Korean commercial law), we retain the relevant records for that statutory period and use them only for the purpose the law allows.

4. Rights of the data subject

Under PIPA you have the right to:

• Request access to the personal information we hold about you.
• Request correction of inaccurate personal information.
• Request deletion of your personal information, subject to legal retention obligations.
• Request that we suspend processing of your personal information.
• Withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.

To exercise any of these rights, write to info@spectrumnode.digital with the subject “Privacy request” and enough detail to identify your inquiry. We respond within 10 business days. If you believe we have not handled your request properly, you may file a complaint with the Personal Information Protection Commission (개인정보보호위원회).

5. Provision of personal information to third parties

We do not provide your personal information to third parties except where required by law. We do not use external processors for analytics or marketing. The only third party that handles any part of your data is the hosting provider that runs this website and the inquiry endpoint on the same domain, and that provider processes the data strictly on our instructions as a processor.

7. Cross-border transfer

This site is hosted on infrastructure that may transfer standard request data outside Korea for the purpose of serving the website and receiving inquiries. Where that occurs, it is limited to the technical data needed to deliver the request, and the inquiry content itself is stored on the same domain as this site. We do not transfer your inquiry data to any analytics or marketing platform.

8. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will update this page and adjust the “last reviewed” date below. Material changes that affect your rights will be highlighted at the top of this page for a reasonable period.
