How a session runs

Process

A consultation is a sequence, not a single meeting. Each step has a clear output, and you can stop at the step that is enough for your household.

  1. 1

    Inquiry

Use the contact form to tell us briefly where your household finances feel steady, where they leak, and what you would tackle first. We answer by email, usually within two working days, with a suggested slot and a list of what to bring.

  2. 2

    First session — cash-flow map

Bring two to three months of statements and we work through them together, sorting each line into fixed, variable and discretionary buckets. You leave with a one-page diagram that shows where your household money actually goes.

  3. 3

    Second session — budget alignment

Building on the map, we move amounts between categories so the budget points at the goals you care about — an emergency fund, a deposit, school fees, a paydown order — while keeping the spending that matters to you intact.

  4. 4

    Third session — review rhythm

Together we pick a cadence — monthly, quarterly, or tied to a life event — and settle on the handful of figures worth checking each time, so the plan stays in motion without a fresh start every month.

  5. 5

    Check-in

At the agreed date — whether a monthly tick, a quarterly review, or a one-off after a move or job change — we compare the figures against the plan and adjust the next quarter together.

What to bring

For the first session, bring the last two to three months of bank and card statements for the accounts your household actually uses — including joint accounts and any side income. If you already track spending in a spreadsheet or app, bring that too. We bring the structure; you bring the numbers.

Where sessions happen

Sessions can take place at the Bundang office in Seongnam-si, or over video call. The first session works best in person where you can, because the cash-flow map is easier to draw on a shared surface. Alignment and review sessions work well remotely.

How long the full sequence takes

Most households move through the three sessions over four to six weeks, with the review rhythm continuing after that at the cadence we agree. If you only need the cash-flow map, that is a complete engagement on its own.
